Create Feature Access to Block Mapping Preventative Care Items

In Ontario there is an option to bill the bonus for Cumulative Preventative Care. There are built in codes that automatically qualify patients for the bonus. If you have not used those billing codes to track your patients, you have an option to be able to map specific EMR items to also qualify patients for this bonus. Would like a feature access to be able to block users from mapping items as anyone with billing permissions can add to these mappings. The mappings are effective for all office staff. Billing> Cumulative Preventative Care Bonus> Mappings tab>Green plus. Create a feature permission: Users>manage security>Feature Access to block the green plus mentioned above.
