Add an additional column in tasks screen called "assigned to"

Our office has several staff included in the "full access" category so that all the tasks are available to everyone to share in completion. The office manager also is included in the "full access" so that she can oversee completion. However, when tasks are assigned to the Office Manager only, she has to scroll through each task to find out which one is for her! If there are a few dozen tasks, it becomoes a labor intensive job to find which ones are actually hers. If there was a colum added for "assigned to", it would be easy to pick out tasks specifically for one person. In addition, when there is an outstanding task and it is not in your own task list, you cannot add a general note to it. For example, the office manager may answer the phone for a patient returning a call - if she has to go to the patient's virual chart to find the task, she cannot add a comment or instrucitons to that task. Adding the "assigned to" column would elimnate all of this.
