Uncompleted tasks should have the same options available to the user as in the main task screen

When a user opens a task from the virtual chart they should have the same options to respond to that task as they do in the task screen. For example, a patient may call in response to a message left for them. If that particular task is not assigned to the person answering the phone, we must go to the virtual chart to see what the message for the patient is. We would like to be able to have the same options as in the main screen. The task is not necessarily completed but there needs to be a note added to it. This is not possible from the virtual chart.
