When you hover over the little 'faxed' symbol in the virtual chart, it should give a summary of who it was faxed to and if it was completed.

In the virtual chart, after you have faxed a document (i.e. an xray report), you should be able to see who the fax was sent to when you hover over the fax symbol, instead of just seeing that it has been faxed. You may need to send the fax to multiple people over time, and now there is no EASY or USER-FRIENDLY way of determining where you have sent each document to.
