Send To Bill With No Appointment

Currently, when you create a note on a patient and add a Diagnosis, you have the ability to "Send To Bill". This will create a bill with the Diagnosis code that you have linked within the note.This also adds the Diagnosis to the History Of Problems Medical history band within the Encounter notes. Currently, this function can only be utilized it attached to an appointment. If the Dr does a phone consult and selects the "Send To Bill" function, nothing happens. It does not create a claim as there is no DOS attached. It would be nice for these claims to be created with the DOS that the note is created on.
