I do my own billing and would find it extremely time saving if I was able to access claim details within an appointment note. I can put the diagnostic code, but not my billing codes. As such, I have to do several other steps to do the associated billing. This could be a bit time saver for me!
If you are referring to appointment details (double click an appointment from the Scheduler), you can click the little coin pile icon on the bottom right of the window to add on-the-fly procedure codes or a billing macro to the claim. Press enter to add more than one code in that screen.
I have different appt types that are associated with specific billing codes.
