claim macro attached to appointment history through encounter notes

for billing staff if diagnosis is not on day sheet billing notes ,they have to go to encounter notes and check for what they are billing for and either open claim from there or come back to day sheet to use claim macro.

if claim macro can set up with a right click to appointment history ,that will help not only billing staff but physician as well if they want to bill right after doing their notes.
