Not allow patients late for an appointment to check in with kiosk

When a patient is late for an appointment they are still able to check in for their appointment using the kiosk. There are times when these patients will need to reschedule their appointment due to them being late. An option to not allow patients to check in late using the kiosk would help manage patients who are arriving late.

    When configuring the Kiosk settings, there is now a feature that allows you to restrict patients from checking in if they are more than X minutes late or early. The X value is determined by the clinic.

    To manage your Kiosk configuration, you must be logged in as a System Administrator. Accuro Menu > Users > Manage Security > System Settings > Patient Kiosk > Select the Office's Configuration > Pencil to edit > Check box(es) for Max. Early or Late arrival and set minutes. Press OK, then Save Settings to update.
