When configuring the Kiosk settings, there is now a feature that allows you to restrict patients from checking in if they are more than X minutes late or early. The X value is determined by the clinic.
To manage your Kiosk configuration, you must be logged in as a System Administrator. Accuro Menu > Users > Manage Security > System Settings > Patient Kiosk > Select the Office's Configuration > Pencil to edit > Check box(es) for Max. Early or Late arrival and set minutes. Press OK, then Save Settings to update.
