Enhancing query tool for data organization

Enhancing query tool to better collect data and deal with larger data volume. We are currently doing quality improvement data pulling. A revamping of the query tool is needed to address the following MAIN concerns: 1. Arrange the query function so that it does not freeze for queries with multiple rules. 2. Have a query option to populate a spreadsheet such that each patient is one row entry (no duplicates) and all of the rules are specifically populated in each column and not in dupilcates. I understand a huge request, but I think needed to contribute to the future of medicine with in house efficient quality improvement and research.
