Enable queries in forms and templates to load existing notes.

Currently, including information, such as PHQ-9 forms and diagnostic imaging, either involves opening, copying and pasting other documents into a new note to format it, or attach it if sending a letter. Sometimes you want more control and to edit the information.


Enabling a query to select notes by document type, date range etc. would speed up the process of creating notes and letters. This feature would be handy for clinics that rely heavily on forms, externally generated documents or tools such as Ocean forms.
