Create an appointment for walk-ins

We work as a walk-in basis only. It would be useful when we registered a patient it would "create" an appointment in the chart for that day/time, that way we can see all visits in the visit history on the left.

    Hi,

    The Traffic Manager was designed to be used for a walk-in setting where you can add a patient to your waiting room (tracking the time of their Arrival so you know which order to see them in). Are you currently creating a walk in Appointment through Traffic Manager? Or are you looking to automate it so that as soon as you add a new patient in Accuro there is automatically an appointment created?
