Accept Response is currently a bill action in Alberta, Ontario and Nova Scotia. The functionality of this action is misleading and most commonly should not be used as a means to reconcile unpaid claims, however it often is used resulting in a high Accounts Receivable balance.
It would be nice if there was a way to disable permissions to this feature, and to only have it as an option to users who have been properly educated on when it is acceptable to use "Accept Response". Ideally this feature permissions would be disabled by default and could be enabled upon request.
