Mark Late Cancel as No Charge Merged

We are spending an absolutely ridiculous amount of time each day in setting all Late Cancel events to "no charge". It would be great if this could be programmed automatically.

    We also have a custom status "Left Without Being Seen". We also have to mark these as "no charge" which really isn't a huge deal, but it would be nice to be able to create rules for each custom status so that it could be automatically a "no charge" too but still indicate to the clinic whatever it is they are trying to track with their custom status.

    Late Cancel is not a built in status, you probably had it created as a custom status in your clinic.  I teach clinics to treat "Late cancellations" as No Shows.  If you simply mark the patient as a No Show, it will cancel out the claim, so you won't have to worry about it.
