Options other than "cancelled" or "no show"

There should be options other than "cancelled" or "no show" to mark appointments appropriately, such as "walk-out" or some such to accurately capture the status of the appointment. Many clinics discharge patients (stop booking patients once they've no-showed 3 times), so if a patient had to leave the clinic before being seen, marking them as a "no-show" isn't accurate or appropriate, and it will also "count towards" their no-show tally when it really shouldn't (i.e. people will be discharged when they really shouldn't be).

There is the ability to create your own Status buttons via Scheduler Management. So we have created 3 such buttons. One for Left Without Being Seen, one for Arrived Late, one for New Patient filling out forms. The catch is that with the Left Without Being seen...it will still prompt for billing that patient, so we have to also add a No Charge status to their appointment. So this is a work around, as when you look in a patient chart, the appointments listed to the side will show these statuses so you can tell the difference between a patient who no showed and one who left. It is not 100% ideal. We also have to remove the "arrived" status so they are no longer in Traffic.
