It would be extremely useful is you could order testing from inside a note and that order be recorded in the note when you do. The same for medications ordered. They should automatically show at the bottom of your clinical note.

In Bell, you could order testing and an icon showed up beside the note, in the virtual chart, so that you could tell that testing was ordered at that specific visit.  Any meds ordered inside the visit would automatically record at the end of the clinical note, so there was no question of WHEN they were ordered.
