Ability to query Patient Flags by Onset Date and enhancing Display Fields

Please add a date criteria for users to be able to query Patient Flags by Onset Date i.e. the date a Flag is added to a patient's profile. Please also add the Onset Date to the Display Fields. We need to be able to identify the date of when Flags were added to patient's charts.
