Add multiple PCodes or Bill Macros when creating bill from Query Builder

When a query is run via query builder, you can perform various actions on the resulting patients of the query.  One of those actions is "Create Bill".  When you select Create Bill, you are presented with a dialog box where you can enter the details of the claim.  One of the text boxes is "Procedure Code".  It only allows a single Procedure Code.  

It would be great if it allowed you to enter either multiple procedure codes OR a already created billing Macro.
