Having preventative screening dates pulled into an ASaP form

With Accuro not having a way to track and notify which patients are due for screening, inserting an ASaP form into the chart is a great way to identify this information.  However, forms have limited capabilities as to which data can be transferred/mapped over.  In the medical history band a date can be added when a colonoscopy or mammogram was done.  This date is not pulled into the form unless it is written in the note section, thus having to repeat data entry.  Dates can be pulled in for labs and vitals.  Is there no easy way for the date to be pulled over in to a form from medical history bands?
