When creating queries, one might take hours to create the perfect rules for your report. All it takes is 1 user to use your query (even if it named specifically to your office) and change it to suit their needs. This is usually an innocent mistake that is due to lack of training. It would be VERY helpful if a user, other than the creator of the query, changes the rules of the query, an auto COPY is made with a prompt for a new query name that does not equal the original. I have lost so many queries this way.
