Scheduler - to have the ability to have 'groups'

Scheduler - to have the ability to have 'groups' on separate pages. i.e. physicians on pg 1 and counsellors on pg 2 and be able to view only the scheduled providers in on that day

We are a growing clinic and have full 2 pages of scheduled providers for the day - It would be fantastic to be able to see my counsellors who are in on particular day on 1 page and my physicians on another page and be able to flip between the 2 schedules

Hello,
Provider Groups can be created and you can toggle between groups in the Scheduler. You could create a group for your Counselors and a group for your Physicians.
You'll need to create the groups so there is a little bit of set up.
1. Go to Provider Management (F2 shortcut key).
2. Select a Provider or Counselor from the list and click Configure.
3. In the first window of the Provider Wizard, you will see a box that says "Groups".
4. Click the Green Plus then select "Manage" to add a new Group type (ie Counselors).
5. Once you've added your Group types, you just need to select which Group each provider should be in.
From there you can toggle between the groups in your Scheduler from the Provider selection dropdown on the right.
