Hello! This is possible by selecting all of the patient appointments, then using the Cut and Paste menu actions to move them.
There are a few ways to multi-select:
Hold the CTRL button on your keyboard, then click all the appointments you would like to move
Select the first appointment you would like, then hold SHIFT on your keyboard, then click the last appointment you would like; this will select all the appointments in between those two as well
Select the first appointment you would like, hold SHIFT on your keyboard, then use the up/down arrows to multi-select appointments
Click and hold the first appointment, then drag your cursor down to mutli-select
Once you have your desired appointments selected, right-click and choose "Cut Appointment" from the menu. Move to the day you would like to move them to, place your cursor, right-click and choose "Paste Appointment" from the menu.
You can create a summary list by either multi-selecting the appointments, right-clicking and choosing "Print Selected Appointments" from the menu, or clicking on the Print icon in the upper left of the scheduler (above the times). This will print off a version of the Day Sheet, though this does not include phone numbers by default, unless you have made custom changes to your day sheet report.
