Creating a Blacklist that patients could be added to when a patient has been barred from a clinic.
This could function like the "Cancellation List", but would instead give details about when/why a patient has been barred from the clinic.
Blacklist should have required demographics of name, email address, and phone number. Blacklist details should also show who added the patient to the list, when, and the reason why.
If a patient lives on the Blacklist, they also cannot book Medeo/Online Booking Appointments until they have resolved any outstanding issues with the clinic, and have been removed from said Blacklist.
If clinic tries adding an appointment for a Blacklist Patient to the Scheduler, Clinic User receives message that they are on the Blacklist and cannot be booked until they are removed from the Blacklist.
Could possibly be a "Locked" action as well. This way, the User/Provider that added them could remove them from the Blacklist. Or, the Office Manager could override the action if the User/Provider that locked the action is not working in the office anymore.
