Cancel / Change / Delegate when booking an on-line appt.

Online booking needs to be more robust in options for the patient.  An appt., once booked, should be able to be changed or cancelled by the patient.  Also registered Medeo patients should be able to book for an office patient who does not have their own Medeo profile.. e.g. parents for children , or caregivers for elderly etc.

    Amen to that!!!! Especially to (Medeo patients should be able to book for an office patient who does not have their own Medeo profile.. e.g. parents for children , or caregivers for elderly etc.) Maybe they can incorporate a (+) to add a dependent. Or add a drop down option to select a dependent.
