new task categories

It would be helpful and time-saving if we could set up categories in the tasks to automatically set the date required.  For example, we have a colonoscopy callback for 5 years.  It would be nice if we could set the date to populate 5 years in the future instead of selecting it in drop down menu or having to type in date.  A further step would be if we could have it pop up in our tasks a set number of days or months prior to being due.
