Set default insurance provider without having to change it for every patient

Currently, every patient's profile defaults to MSP.  We would like to have the default set to private pay instead, and only have to use the drop-down to change the provider on an occasional basis as needed

    You can change the default Insurance Provider on all NEW patients in your User Preferences.

    All users who create new patients will want to set this.

    In the Accuro Menu > File > User Preferences > Defaults. Set the Insurer to -PP-. Press OK to save.

    Now, every new patient you create in Accuro will have the default insurance provider set to Private Pay.
