Allow Default Sites Per Provider

Currently we can only specify a default Site (when the option is enabled) by going to: Scheduler > Scheduler Management > Settings. This allows us to set a Site preference for appointments and walk-ins, but there are no options to specify a default site for ad hoc billing. The field shows as an option in the Claim Details window.

It would be convenient if there was a way to specify preference for this field by provider in F2 (something like the 'Default SLI for New Ad Hoc Bills' dropdown menu), as well as to specify preferences for it in Batch Billing and Billing Macros.

I am 1000% on board to all the default billing site to be provider specific instead of office specific.

This would allow save us a significant amount of time when it comes to billing. We currently have 5 providers under 1 site and 8 under another. So in either case there is a lot of manual updating of claims before submission to provincial health (MB).

Totally agree...providers should be able to set a default provider (in AB) for ad hoc billing. This is a much bigger problem with COVID as we do a great deal more telephone work than before.
