RDP VS CITRIX mini window viewer

In the citrix mode one cannot view the detail of multiple small windows that are open when they click on the accuro icon on the taskbar in windows. Therefore you cannot see which window contains the information you are looking for.

eg. A patient has a referral request, ECG, XRay and MRI that are all opened. If you go to another window and then move your cursor over the Accuro button on the task bar it does not show you which mini windown is the MRI or referral or XR or ECG. It just says "viewer" ONLY WHEN USING CITRIX MODE.

This is why I need to use RDP mode - however I recently found out some features are not accessible in RDP mode. Ie Form editor.

 

It would be great to see citrix have the feature to see the details in the mini windows
