agree, it is very frustrating to try and find the window I need when I have multiple patient investigations, notes, etc. open. Previewing the content of each window allows me to go to the correct one instead of endless blind clicking.
There also needs to be a hotkey that either tiles or displays all of the accuro windows to facilitate moving between tasks. The current situation is analagous to paper charting on a messy desk with things everywhere - why continue being so inefficient when this is an EMR and should be providing additional efficiency?
