Interested in providing regular feedback on product ideas and designs that are team is exploring? Send an email with your Name, Email, Specialty and Province to uxresearch@qhrtech.com with the subject "Interested in participating in research".

Could you please ensure that abnormal lab results that are unreviewed do not leave the lab folder until they are reviewed even if there are 1000 in the folder. Critical results have been leaving this folder and going into the patient chart without the doctor seeing the result.

    This 1000 lab limit change was reverted as of build version 2017.01.795, which was released in Spring 2019.

    You can ensure that reviewed lab results stay in the provider's inbox by selecting the "Contact Patient" checkbox (next to the Review button). Checking this box adds a Star to the contact patient column in the lab inbox, and the lab will remain even after pressing 'Review'.
