Adding a secondary validation button Merged

It would be really helpful to have a second validation button or option to validate from the schedule window instead of having to go back and forth between arriving the patient then having to wait to get to their profile page to click validate. Would be so much easier and faster to have a button near demographics on schedule page or when you right click to arrive appointment.

    Or the ability an Action (shortcut) button to dock at the bottom of the screen. This would be super helpful instead of switching back and forth from the scheduler to demographics screen if no updates are required.

    If you are in Ontario, you can validate on the schedule by right-clicking on the appointment.  I'm not sure how it works in other provinces.
