Verify Demographics button available as a shortcut button from Configure Actions

It would be handy to have the Verify button as a shortcut button available from any screen so we don't have to navigate away from the scheduler or other screen we're working in to verify a patient. If it were available as an option from User Preferences - Configure Actions it would be easy to do and more people would use it. We need to report on these validation rates to AB gov (PCN) and we would have more accurate numbers if the shortcut were enabled.
