highlight inactive doctor in patient demographics

on patient demographics if a doctor is inactive it should be highlighted so you see it right away so that it can be changed.

it only shows red highlight if you go in directly to access doctors names.

    This was released in build 2017.01.873, Spring 2019.

    Would also be helpful to show up highlighted in the patient demographics, from the scheduler screen as well.
