check box automically filled to track referral letter

sometimes when sending a referral letter the box is not always check off.  We are unable to tract referral requests when this happens.  Should have the option to have this box checked automatically

    There is an Office Preference to set the 'Referral Letter' box to be selected for all Generated Letters.

    A System Administrator can log into Accuro, under the Accuro Menu > Users > Manage Security > Offices.

    Choose the office you want to enable the settings for, and then click into the 'Preferences' tab.

    Scroll to the bottom of the list and check the box to 'Default Generated Letters as Referral Letters' then click 'Save Office'

    This is available in the "Office" settings that your system administrator can change.
