Locking an account after several incorrectly typed passwords does not add security. It only frustrates the user who may accidentally have CAPSLOCK on, or forgot that they changed their password yesterday, or the office assistant accidentally bumps against the keyboard. I've had to reset my password three times this past week, which wastes at least 10 minutes of my time between waiting on the phone and resetting each Accuro session I have open. Please disable this "feature".

10 minutes on the phone is better than confidentiality breach.
However, your clinic should have the ability to adjust those setting within your accuro, just like we do.
We have designated users who can unlock charts if needed without having to reach out to accuro.
