Adding Re-submit option in the Accounts receivable tab in the claims section of accuro.

Often times claims that are still under process by MCIB go unnoticed as they don't show up in the "Not Reconciled" column because it hasn't been responded to yet. These claims only appear in the "Accounts Receivable" section, which makes it very difficult to resubmit because you have to click each claim individually and open them to resubmit it. It would be a good idea to put a "Resubmit All" option in the accounts receivable column so you can select all of the claims at once and Re-submit it, because it takes a while to resubmit each claim individually. The tab does have the "Write Off" selection option, so why not Re-Submit All.
