In scheduler, identify which Accuro user made the appointment and the date/time it was generated .

With multiple people scheduling appts and dealing with phone messages, it can be helpful to see who booked a clients appt and the date it was booked. Having this information would eliminate having to call the client to clarify, or having to contact the other admin for more details.

    Admin response

As indicated in the comment below, you can see the details of which user created an appointment and when by using the F4 shortcut to get to the 'Quick Patient Appointments View' window.

Here, single click on an appointment in question, and the upper portion of the window will display information about who booked/moved/cancelled/arrived an appointment as well as a date and time stamp for when.

Yep, you have to click on the appointment in question, then the cancelled appointments will change to details for the appointment you selected.

I went to F4 and the user and date stamp details only show for the cancelled appointments listed in the top section, not for the actual past and future appointments listed in the bottom section.
