Make a pre-set report generator that can tally attendances by appointment type rather than by provider

There is currently a similar report called the Appointment Attendance Report, but it tallies different appointment types under specific providers. I would like to see it done for appointment types by the whole clinic, and display booked, arrived, no shows and cancellations. Helpful for management to see overall clinic trends.
