if patients are seen several times and its multidisciplinary care. then all physicians involved should get a copy by default.
You will need to record the additional providers who are part of a patient's care in their demographics, but this is possible.
First - go to the Patients Section > Providers Tab > click the green add button on the "Manually Added" banner to add all physicians part of this patient's care. You can use the magnifying glass to search the address book, and use the provider type/note field if desired. Ensure you click 'Update Patient' once all physicians are added.
Then, when Generating a Letter > click the Pencil on the Carbon Copies box > then the add button to add additional default recipients. The easiest option to choose is "Manually Added Patient Providers: --All--". Then ALL Manually added providers for step 1 will automatically be cc'd.
Alternatively, if you used the provider type dropdown, you could default provider's by type. The default recipient is a one time setting for all patients.
