Assign a provider to a note to multiple patients

Hi,

When you create a query you can assign a 'note' to multiple patients listed on that query. However, Accuro does not give you the option to select under what provider's name the note should be created.

It would be nice if Accuro gives you the option in a drop-down list to select the correct provider.

For example, this option is available when you want to send a Medeo email to multiple patients from that query.
