Hi Tara,
While you cannot customize the existing Appointment Reminder Label, you can create your own custom options.
Accuro Menu > File > Label Wizard
right-click in the available lines to choose your desired tags from the context menu
use the formatting options on the right hand side of each line to specify justification, emphasis, and font style
make the label available for others to use, or retain as user-specific
ensure that "Appointment Label" is checked in the Preferences section; this is what will allow your label to be available in the Scheduler menu
