Appointment Reminders with customized options attached

Appointment Reminders to be able to be customized.

Some patients need specific reminders for their upcoming appointments. Have specific test done ie: blood work, BP readings, 24hr diet recalls Weight etc. Maybe even being able to attach a document to the reminder like a lab req or food tracker sheet, BP tracker sheet etc. But all done at the original booking time.

It is often simple patient specific info required and a nuisance to have look at pop up reminder or tasks. Call and or re- message the patient with a reminder.

If we can make the reminder custom at the time of booking that would be a game changer for having patients prepared for their appointments with minimal effort.
