Please make the portion of the Documents screen, where you enter the info to file the documents, visible without scrolling over. Very frustrating when typing a description for the document and can't see all of what you're typing without stopping and scrolling over with mouse.

I did look up your case to review the steps taken. Have you tried adjusting the resolution for your workstation? I am still unable to reproduce the problem with the "From" field enabled (please see attached screenshots). The display for my monitor is set at 1920 x 1080.
I am assuming that you are using a PC. The minimum resolution recommended for using Accuro is 1024x768.
You can adjust the resolution of your monitor on a PC by going to Windows Start > Search: Display > Display: Display Resolution

I called the Service Desk and spoke with Sarah; it is not a resolution issue. It can be fixed by disabling the ‘From’ field (which removes both the ‘From’ and ‘Report Author’ fields) but I need to use the ‘From’ field. We believe it is actually the ‘Report Author’ fields causing the problem (because they are farther over to the right than the rest) however, there is no option to disable those fields separately from the ‘From’ field. Sarah gave me case number 1382825, could you please advise me if this functionality will become available?

I'm unable to replicate the problem you've described. It may be caused by your screen resolution, or by font style/size you have set in your user preferences.
If you call the Service Desk at 1-866-729-8889, a Client Services Analyst can troubleshoot with you and possibly help resolve the problem you're experiencing.
