Please fix the right hand bar in the document section

Previously, prior to adding the edit button to the documents demographic screen, the bar did not move, so the patient's name was static at the upper right hand corner of the screen. With this new update, there is now a scroll feature, allowing the bar to scroll so the name is out of sight. This is frustrating when trying to file faxes or other documents to patient charts. Can we please either make it so when the bar scrolls, the name is fixed to the top right corner or tighten up the page to remove the extra space to get rid of the scroll function altogether?
