Our organization/clinic is special in that we largely deal with a homeless client population. Many clients do not have an address which can be entered in, however, Accuro for some odd reason requires a province be selected even when there is no street address. This in turn has caused a lot of issues with patients being mismatched when we get returning lab results.
Accuro, could you please disable this requirement to enter in a province if there is no street address?
Hello,
Thank you for your submission. To better understand your workflow: Does your clinic leave the province as the default for each patient, or is it changed to "Other, Other" option?
