When a user puts their screen on lock - usually indicating they are stepping away from their desk - it would be helpful if the chat feature switched to offline. We are finding that chats are being sent and the user is perhaps on break or away from their desk.
I would love to see this function work better.
If you accidently close the conversation is would be nice if did CLOSE the chart and lock. Sometime i find when you trying to message the dr, the click the x because it pops up. and then you can finish without starting all over again
