User CDS links require specific parameters in order to get single sign on to work through Accuro.
The system constructs a URL with these parameters and sends the data as an HTTP POST request.
We are currently investigating the proper parameters required to build a User CDS link that logs you into another website based on your specific requirements to see if this is consistently reproducible.

I contacted QHRhelp because I was having trouble setting up a login and password for a user CDS link. The person I spoke to had a hard time sorting it out, gave me a case number, and told me I would be contacted. I received the reply below yesterday:
"Hello Dr. Filanovsky,
I am emailing you to follow up on an open case you have with us involving a CDS link not pre-populating he user name and password on the site. We would like to apologize for the delayed response, we have recently experienced high call volume which has caused a backlog of cases. I tried to contact you by phone today but I was unsuccessful. Unfortunately, this is intended functionality. The CDS links are not built to pre-populate the usernames and passwords. However, we would like to advise that you list your idea on our idea's page. If enough clients vote on the idea, or if our appropriate teams consider it to be a good idea, they will proceed with implementing it into Accuro! Please see the link listed below for our idea's page"

You can store username and password for User CDS links. This is not possible on Global CDS links because all users have access.
Are you having trouble with setting up login information on a user CDS link? Or is this request to allow login information stored on a Global CDS link?
