Allow Text Wrapping When Typing in Cover Sheet Message

It would be much more ergonomically efficient to view your cover sheet message in the text box rather than having to scroll left and right to proof read your message.

Enable text wrapping in that cover sheet message box so the user can preview their whole message. The current view doesn't reflect the parameters of the text field component on the form either.
