non-binary title (prefix) Merged

We have no option to leave the Mr/Mrs completely blank for non-binary individuals. I would hate for one of these patient to receive a letter this a Mr or Mrs when they are non-binary and feel mis-gendered.

    Oh, nevermind, unchecking use gender default fixed it.

    I can't even leave it blank. I changed a person from Ms. to blank, but when I came back, it was Mr.

    You can leave this field blank. In User Preferences, "Defaults", change Default Title to --None-- and uncheck "Use Gender Default"
