When viewing virtual chart or encounters page, it would be helpful at a glance to see who signed the notes/who the Author is, or have a category for Nursing/Social Work, etc, rather than the current column which lists the provider at time of note signing, for example to be able to click on nurses name to see all nursing notes, or social worker notes etc. The only way to be able to search now, is by title of note, if someone was thoughtful enough to title it as "nursing note". Even still, each note has to be scrolled through to check, incase it was just titled "clinic note" or "letter".
Agree. With MOA's making Encounter Notes in our office, I would like these to be entered under them as author, not under myself, so that I am able to filter them out and look only at notes I wrote.
