Hello,
We appreciate that reconciling the COVID-19 vaccination data received through HRM has been challenging for Ontario physicians, and I apologize if you were made to feel that your frustrations were not heard. Thank you for coming here to submit your suggestion.
The biggest challenge with HRM is that the data received is not discrete as with traditional lab feeds, meaning that the values cannot be automatically mapped to populate existing fields in the program. We are currently actively researching our options to automate historical data reconciliation for these reports.
In the interim this may help; the Accuro Peer Leader group at OMD have made this video, which demonstrates a way to leverage queries and query actions to apply vaccines to patient Immunization History based on the HRM report data: https://vimeo.com/613760611
This group has engaged us around this issue as well.

It was also be helpful if the person I called at QHR was not so dismissive and minimized my concerns and was more helpful.
